AIR CUSHION RECOVERY
When a tractor trailer is overturned AusTex uses state-of-the-art air cushion technology to upright it. Air cushions can be compressed to a very small size to fit under the vehicle. Several cushions are placed strategically to make a gentle lift and not concentrate a great lifting force in any one area. If you don't have enough cushions, you can bend, tear or break a weakened, longer-length trailer.

Towing and Recovery

Aus-Tex Body & Frame is a complete collision repair facility. We do everything from full size truck frame repair and replacement, to state of the art unibody measurement and repair, all with a precise laser measurement system designed to get your vehicle back to manufacturer's specifications. We employ 5 collision craftsmen with a combined 89 years experience, all of which are I-Car (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) certified. T.D.L.R. is the state's licensing and enforcement authority of vehicle storage facilities (VSFs). We regulate VSFs that store vehicles without an owner's permission (nonconsent). If the vehicle is stored with the owner's permission (consent), T.D.L.R. VSF rules do not apply. FAQs

 

Retrieving Your Vehicle
If a vehicle is stored WITHOUT the owner's permission, the vehicle storage facility must follow statute rules administered by T.D.L.R. These rules relate to the care of the vehicle while stored at a vehicle storage facility (VSF). If the vehicle is stored WITH the owner's consent, T.D.L.R. vehicle storage rules do NOT apply.
